Do Not Waste Time – If the oil is from food it is better you first scrape off the food and then blot the oil with tissue paper. But make sure you do not rub it too deep into the fabric.

Use Liquid Soap And Hot Water – Now, you must spread some liquid soap on the stained area and leave it to soak for 3-4 minutes and then wash it off with hot water. Before you use hot water check the cloth’s care level to see how much temperature it can sustain.

Talcu-PowderUse Talcum Powder – If you do not want to use liquid soap and hot water then you can just sprinkle some talcum powder on the stain and let it sit for few hours then you can dust it off. Now, wash it with a dish-washing soap from both sides by using a soft toothbrush to scrub before you give it to your laundry.

Using Shampoo – Shampoo can easily remove oil from your hair then why not use it to remove oil from your cloths. Well, it would be wise not to use those moisturizing shampoos.

Use Of Hair –Spray – Most of you do not have this at home, but those who use hair spray can use this trick. You can spray it over the stain and you can see the stain being taken out. You can then wash it with detergent and air dry it.

Keeping your clothes with the stains on them and waiting for the festival to get over so that you can take them to your laundry service might not be a very good idea.
